Guilty!
Granted it was just during a startup test. Wanted to see if it would run, didn't trust the gas in the tank.

One of the funniest videos I've ever seen was a bunch of guys moving a merc 190e from outside into a garage with no fuel system. They had a guy straddle the engine with a simple green squirt bottle misting gasoline into the intake. IT RAN.
Poorly. But it ran.

Done on a 1.5 feet bodylifted LJ70 landcruiser, bolted a bottle to the body, ran 2 tubes, had 10 liters of capacity for dicking about with. I miss that car :(
